mHealth across your facility, without replacing your IT.

Senior living operators carry continuous clinical and operational risk that consumer health technology was never built to support. We provide institutional mHealth infrastructure for residential and assisted living settings — personalised per resident, contained within your facility, integrated with your existing systems.

The clinical complexity is rising. The IT estate isn't.

Senior living populations are older, more medically complex, and more cognitively diverse than they were a decade ago. Operator IT stacks, by contrast, have changed incrementally. The result is a widening gap between the clinical signal a facility could act on and the signal it actually sees. Most digital health platforms close this gap by demanding wholesale system replacement. Few operators can absorb that.

Per-resident personalisation. Per-site autonomy.

The platform sits alongside the systems your facility already runs. It builds a longitudinal, personalised profile for each resident — not a facility-wide average — and escalates exceptions to the clinical roles you designate. Each site operates independently: there is no mandatory data flow between facilities for the platform to function, which simplifies governance for multi-site operators and for cross-border groups.

What the platform delivers in a senior living context.

Capability, what it means in practice

Per-resident risk profiles

Continuous baseline and deviation tracking per individual, not per cohort

Cognitive decline early indicators

Behavioural, sleep, and activity signals integrated with clinical assessment cadence.

Falls and acute event detection

Wearable and ambient signal fusion with configurable escalation.

Care team workflow integration

Alerts surface in the systems your nurses, carers, and clinical leads already use.

Family communication channel

Optional, consent-based summary view for family members.

Operational analytics

Facility-level patterns — staffing pressure points, incident clustering — available to operational leadership.

Multi-site autonomy

Each site runs independently. No centralised data fusion is required between facilities.

Regulatory-aware architecture

GDPR by default; medical device class IIa pathway available where claims require it.

Designed for the operator who doesn't want to replace what works.

The platform integrates with the resident management, clinical documentation, and incident reporting systems most senior living operators already run. There is no centralised platform you have to migrate into, and no vendor relationship that locks future technology decisions.

What a senior living pilot looks like

1. Discovery (4–6 weeks)

We map your current resident management workflow, clinical escalation model, and IT estate. We define the pilot scope — typically a single facility, a single wing, or a single resident cohort — and agree on outcome measures.

2. Deployment (8–12 weeks)

We configure the platform for the pilot scope, integrate with your resident management and documentation systems, and onboard staff and residents. Training is delivered to clinical, care, and operational roles in parallel.

3. Operation & evaluation (3–9 months)

The platform runs in production conditions at the pilot site. We meet monthly to review outcomes, surface operational issues, and refine configuration. The pilot closes with a written evaluation and a defined path to multi-site rollout.

Who this fits.

This fits if you are

A senior living operator with at least one residential or assisted living site of 30+ residents

Operating in a regulated long-term care context

Accountable to inspection, accreditation, or commissioning bodies

Running a resident management or clinical documentation system

Open to a structured, time-bounded pilot

This is not a fit if you are

A small private residence or sub-institutional care setting

A direct-to-consumer ageing-in-place app provider

A retail wellness or fitness subscription service

Looking only for off-the-shelf consumer wearables

Looking for a packaged product with no configuration

Built against the regulatory contexts you operate in.

The platform's deployment architecture is aligned with EU MDR class IIa medical device pathways where clinical claims apply, GDPR for all EU deployments, and HIPAA-compatible configurations for US deployments. Specific certifications and conformity assessments are scoped per engagement.
