Digital transformation, advised by people who run a Living Lab.

Most digital health advisory is written from the outside in — by consultants who design slide decks, then move on. We advise from the inside out, drawing on a decade of operational practice including the Mátra Home Care Living Lab, Hungary's first mHealth-focused elderly care living lab.

The strategy isn't the hard part. The structure is.

Healthcare organisations rarely fail at digital transformation because the strategy was wrong on paper. They fail because the underlying operating structure could not absorb the change. The clinical pathway, the IT estate, the procurement model, the governance forum, and the staff training cadence all have to move in step — and none of them moves at the speed of a strategy slide.

Advisory work that produces durable change has to engage with that structural reality. That is the work we do.

Three pillars. One coherent engagement.

Pillar 1 — Digital health roadmaps

Multi-year digital health roadmaps for healthcare organisations and operators. We assess the current operating model, the IT estate, the regulatory exposure, and the workforce readiness — and define a sequenced programme of change with concrete deliverables, governance forums, and success criteria.

Typical deliverables:

Current-state assessment, three-year digital roadmap, governance model, KPI framework, sequenced implementation plan.

Pillar 2 — Vendor & technology diligence

Independent technology diligence for organisations evaluating mHealth, remote monitoring, clinical decision support, or care management vendors. We assess regulatory alignment, integration cost, vendor viability, and operational fit — without a commercial interest in any vendor outcome.

Typical deliverables:

Vendor longlist assessment, shortlist evaluation, technical due diligence report, integration cost model, procurement recommendation.

Pillar 3 — Living Lab design & operation

Living Lab structure design for healthcare organisations, universities, and municipalities that want a permanent capability to test, evaluate, and refine digital health interventions in real operational conditions. We design the governance, the participant cohort model, the data architecture, the partnership framework, and the operating cadence — and support setup through to first operational cycle.

Typical deliverables:

Living Lab operating model, governance and ethics framework, partnership and stakeholder map, data architecture, first-cycle research protocol, grant funding alignment assessment.

Reference case — Mátra Home Care Living Lab.

The Mátra Home Care Living Lab in Gyöngyös, Hungary, is the country's first mHealth-focused elderly care living lab. It was co-founded by Dr. Martin Zsarnoczky and operates as a permanent capability for testing and refining mHealth interventions in real elderly-care conditions, in collaboration with academic and clinical partners across the EU.

The Living Lab combines a continuous research cohort, embedded clinical and care infrastructure, and a partnership network that spans Hungary, Poland, the Netherlands, Finland, and Switzerland. It serves as both a research instrument and an operational reference for the platform deployments we support commercially.

Healthcare organisations and operators that want to establish a comparable structure — whether for internal R&D, university partnership, or municipal innovation programmes — engage us to design it.

How an advisory engagement runs.

1. Scoping (2–4 weeks)

A structured intake against your organisation's current state, target state, and constraints. We define the engagement scope, the deliverables, the governance, and the timeline. Scoping closes with a written engagement proposal.

2. Engagement (8–20 weeks, depending on scope)

The advisory work runs against the scoped deliverables. We work with your clinical, operational, IT, and governance leadership in scheduled working sessions, with documented progress at each milestone.

3. Handover & onward support (4 weeks + optional retainer)

The engagement closes with a written handover, an implementation-ready set of deliverables, and a defined transition to your internal team. An optional advisory retainer is available for organisations that want continuity into implementation.
