mHealth infrastructure for the institutions that deliver care.
A personalised, platform-agnostic mHealth solution for home care providers, senior living operators, and rehabilitation clinics — built around your existing IT, not on top of it.

Built on a decade of research across academic, clinical, and commercial settings.
We work with organisations from patients' experiences.
mHealth in 2026 is crowded with consumer apps and direct-to-patient services. We are not one of them. We build for the operators, providers, and institutions that are accountable for outcomes, and need infrastructure to match.
Who we serve
Home care service providers
Senior living and residential care operators
Rehabilitation clinics and outpatient facilities
Hospitals and clinical networks
Municipalities and regional health authorities
Universities and research consortiums
Who we don't serve
Individual patients or consumers
Direct-to-consumer wellness apps
Retail health subscriptions
Single-clinician practices below the institutional scale
Three deployment contexts. One platform. Configured around each.
Home Care Providers
Equip field staff with continuous monitoring and clinical decision support that travels with the client — not the location. Integrates with the care management systems your teams already use.
Senior Living & Care Homes
Embed mHealth across your facility without replacing your IT stack. Personalised profiles per resident, escalation pathways for your clinical team, no centralised data interaction required between sites.
Clinics & Rehabilitation
Extend clinical assessment beyond the consultation room with longitudinal patient data. Designed around the rehabilitation pathway and outpatient follow-up — not around generic remote monitoring.
Platform-agnostic by design.
Our mHealth platform operates alongside your existing infrastructure. There is no central system to migrate into, no vendor lock-in, no mandatory integrations between client sites. Each deployment is configured around the institution it serves — not the other way around.

Works with your IT
Connects to the EHR, CRM, and care management systems already running in your organisation. No replacement required.

No mandatory cross-site interaction
Each site operates independently. No data has to leave the institution for the platform to function.

Personalised per deployment
Configuration, thresholds, and clinical pathways are tailored to your context, your population, and your regulatory environment.
Beyond deployment.
A platform is only as good as the operational change around it. We help you make the change stick.
Digital Transformation Advisory
Roadmaps, vendor diligence, operating-model design, and Living Lab structure setup for healthcare organisations moving to digital-first care delivery. Reference case: Mátra Home Care Living Lab — CEE's first mHealth-focused elderly care living lab in Hungary.
Training & e-Learning
Structured mHealth education for clinical staff, custom e-learning modules for end-user populations, and train-the-trainer programmes for institutional rollouts.
We're actively looking for pilot partners.
If you operate a home care service, senior living facility, rehabilitation clinic, hospital, university research group, or municipal health programme — and you want to test mHealth at an institutional scale with structured knowledge sharing, not just a vendor relationship — we want to hear from you.
Our pilots typically run between six and twelve months, with shared learnings, co-authored publications where appropriate, and a clear path to scaled deployment. We actively collaborate with academic partners on research-grade pilots eligible for European and national funding instruments.

Built by a researcher who works in the field.
The platform is the work of Dr. Martin Zsarnoczky, researcher at WSG University, co-founder of the Mátra Home Care Living Lab, and inventor of the underlying mHealth methodology. The platform was designed in practice, against real institutional constraints, before it became a commercial offering.
The work continues. Active research collaborations span Hungary, Poland, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Finland, and the U.S. Publications are listed on the founder page.
Where we operate.
Our primary markets are the European Union — mature and emerging member states, plus associated third countries — and the United States. We support pilot deployments and commercial rollouts in both regions, with deployment infrastructure tailored to EU MDR, GDPR, and US HIPAA regulatory contexts as required.
